We went for an early dinner to celebrate my Mother's birthday. We had a great experience with a wonderful server who was friendly, accommodating, and professional. We had a nice selection of different menu items including kids meals. We'll be going back again soon to enjoy some of the $15 fire side menu items.

Delicioso.
Recomendo.

We always enjoy our time at lazy dog! Food’s great love the bacon candy to start out with and we really enjoy the ambience. Just remember if you have a big party and you want to talk it can get a little bit loud in there so pick your spot well and it’s always worked out. One of our favorite places to go!

I had an extremely frustrating experience at Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar, and it was entirely due to poor front desk management.
Before even arriving, I called to ask if I needed a reservation. I was told, “No, just walk in—you’ll be seated right away.” That turned out to be completely inaccurate.
When I arrived, I requested outdoor seating and was told the wait would be 25 minutes. I agreed and waited directly in front of the host stand, clearly visible the entire time. I was also told I would receive a text notification.
I ended up waiting over 35 minutes with no text, no call, and no acknowledgment. To make matters worse, I was holding my 1.5-year-old son in my arms the entire time, which made the wait even more exhausting.
When I followed up, instead of apologizing, the hostess casually said they must have entered the wrong number and told me to keep waiting.
After another 10 minutes, they finally called my name—only to try seating me indoors, even though I had clearly requested outdoor seating from the beginning. When I pointed that out, I was told they had “texted me six times” and “called my name twice,” which is completely false. I was standing right there the entire time. No texts. No calls.
Instead of taking accountability, they doubled down and responded with a dismissive “it is what it is.” That level of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
I left without dining. Between the misinformation, poor communication, and disrespectful attitude, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The staff here is very unprofessional. They need to seriously think about replacing the young girls that are at the front manning the host desk. Customers talk to each other while waiting, so don't imply I'm lying. When you work customer service exceptional people skills are a must, not a suggestion. Never got sat even though we had reservation. The staff originally blamed the wait on customers not leaving and then changed their story and tried to explain that Open Table was to blame, finally saying that reservation times being missed was because the wait staff was trying to catch up. So which one was it? We understand that it was busy and the staff was overwhelmed, but that was not an excuse to be treated poorly. On the bright side if you work here you know your management will side with you when you are lacking.
Don't come here on a weekend!! They can't handle the increase in traffic.
