If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered through the app and the delivery driver never delivered my food. I reached on to wing stop and they said the app is solely for pick up not delivery. Like any person with a brain I questioned that statement. When going over the policy word for word with the lead on duty, where it states ordering wing stop for pick up and delivery. This is not only I. The app but also in the website. So if it’s solely for pick up why offer delivery. The person did offer to remake my order but when I said ok I am ok with you remaking my order I was placed on hold for them never to come back to the phone. Was the line was disconnected not sure if it was them but I’m pretty sure it was, they stopped answering the phone all together. Which I’m sure is pretty bad for business

I just witnessed an extremely unsanitary experience at this store. I ordered extra crispy fries and tenders. The wings didn’t look crispy, Marie asked me to try it first. After confirming my fries were not crispy, she took it and threw it back into the fryer.
Never take fries a customer touched and throw it back into the fryer when they say it’s not crispy. Just make a new batch.
I can only imagine what other unsanitary processes they have implemented at this location.

Make sure to check your food before you leave. I got lemon pepper and mild and there’s literally no seasoning on the wings at all! Check your food and make them remake it if it’s wrong cause this food is too expensive for them to be making it like this. Also I got all drums absolutely no flats which doesn’t make any sense it’s supposed to be a variety.
Terrible wont be coming back to this location.
