When I get my food I do not even get an extra item for the long service. Overall bad experience.

However, If I’m ordering for 7-10 ppl each time..I shouldn’t have to check my order before leaving the drive thru, it should be accurate. Each time, we stupidly head home excited with our order, and 👏every 👏single 👏time we have to come back and tell them what was forgotten in our order. They are nice about it but come on!! In n out employees never miss!! We are not looking for 1 or 2 freebies, we want the order right. Period! Not one ‘free’ order of cinnamon twists for the inconvenience because they are busy. please read the screen, check the order, then dbl check the order before handing it out the drive thru window. Next time this happens, we will drive to the next closest location. 1.5 miles vs 3 miles just might be worth the headache.
