  Really upset at how the young lady was rushing me when I was the only customer there. After toasting my bread she asked what sauce. I told her the 3 veggies I wanted and if she can put the sauce on the veggies and meat. She said no, and I got a puzzled look on my face. She said it's standard procedure and she has to put the sauce on the bread 🙄 I didn't know what to say and asked her if she could also put more sauce after the veggies? She was about to say no but looked at me with an angry face, and said she'll do it this time but can't do it again. Kept repeating it's "standard procedure" At that point I told her don't worry about it I'll never return to this subway. I understand each is a franchise but I've never had this problem anywhere else in the country. The whole transaction was awkward and uncomfortable after that. I walked in there happy and excited because I was on my way to visit my brother. I walk out of there upset and frustrated. I'm paying for a sandwich custom made not how she or the store owner wants it.

  The sandwich I had was great! One of the better Subway’s I’ve been to with great staff. Especially Kassidy, she was super nice.

  I had an awesome experience at Subway today. The place was super clean and the whole visit was quick and easy, but the best part was the service. Kassidy took my order and she was genuinely great. Friendly, patient, and actually paid attention to what I wanted instead of rushing through it. She put my sandwich together perfectly and made the whole interaction feel relaxed.

  Honestly the best subway restaurant from all the ones i’ve been to, this sweet girl helped me out so much. I believe her name was Kassidy. So patient with me when I was giving her my complicated order.

  Felisha went above and beyond to make sure our sandwiches were exactly as ordered. It was a mobile order and it was ready on time. When I arrived...she greeted me promptly and made sure I was in and out quickly. Thanks Felisha!
