    Edit 6/30/20: I received a response from the district manager today, however it did not address my main concern: that I was still charged despite my order never being filled because the restaurant was closed without notice when I arrived to pick up. I now have to wait on hold for over 30 minutes to speak to my card provider and have this charge reversed. In addition to that, it will take a while for the charge to actually be reversed. Extremely disappointing customer service (end edit) I had a bad experience with this location today and won't come here again in the future. I placed an online order today, 6/27/20, and received a confirmation stating my order would be ready for pickup at 4:35 p.m. When I arrived the lights were on but the door was locked. There wasn't any kind of sign indicating why it was locked. I waited outside for over 10 minutes, knocked several times, called the phone number several times but there was not a single employee in sight and no one answered my calls. I even walked next door to am/pm to see if they had any idea what may have happened but they didn't. I got home and noticed a pending charge is on my credit card. There isn't a way to contact Subway corporate by phone so I had to contact them by email in order to request the charge on my card be reversed.
