They recently downgraded their packaging to plastic bags which results in a HORRIBLE cheap presentation to customers. I will not return and will tka e business elsewhere where they are not so cheap.

They will put out a pitcher of tea when the containers are out which really doesn't help because it only fills up maybe two cups. I wouldn't normally normally complain about this, but it happens all the time. Why do I pay and belong to the SIP Club if I can't even go get the drink that I want at the closest Panera. Frustrating.
