Arrived at 10:05 am and then received an email at 10:07 am saying the order was still being prepared and was delayed. We did not receive our food until 10:25 am. No one helps you in person when you arrive. They were too busy to even ask if anyone needed help. This location needs either more staff or retraining. Food was not hot. It was kind of warm. Why would it take close to 40 mins to get 3 sandwiches and 1 pastry?? Unacceptable. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

- VDViacheslav DoinikovDec 3, 20255.0This particular location is not bad at all. They always have free tables where one may eat and study. I frequent this place because my school is nearby. However, I would like to raise a concern today. For the past two days—maybe longer, I just didn't visit—the urinal is out of service. Also, it has been dark by the sinks. The lights are not working. On the good side, they do have mirrors and paper towels. The toilet paper is stocked as well. I really like coming over after school, or pick up a drink when I drive by as well as using the restroom, which is normally clean and bright. I hope there is nothing serious with the urinal, and it will get repaired soon. EDIT: The toilet issues got fixed. Good job! However, can we stop putting receipt inside of the cups? Receipts are not sterile, and they contaminate the internal surface of cups (see photo). It has been this way for months now. No other Panera does that.
