Arrive at the restaurant about 10-20 minutes later only to be parked and had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes. The food is paid for in advance so who cares if the customer shows up or not. They can’t use the excuse we are making it fresh because it’s not. Very disappointed in the direction this establishment is heading.

Getting home, we discovered the sausage McMuffin turned out to accidentally be a ham McMuffin, so we sent someone back to exchange. They gladly exchanged it, and since she was there, and was going to buy two more hash browns, they gave us those free!! Hey, can’t beat that!! McDonald’s always gives us more in service that we ask for! Thanks!!
