Adriana was so incredible. I had so many questions and she patiently answered all of them and even let me try one on the spot. The chicken tamale I tried was excellent. Perfect combination of meat, spice, and masa, and not too heavy on any one thing. It was so moist and tender it was just perfect. Unfortunately, I was unable to place an order to pick up later, BUT they did have some I could buy today. Adriana said they start taking orders in September and I've already added it to my calendar for 2026! The tamales AND Adriana were both great and now I have a new go to spot. So delicious.
