Such a healthy food, fresh amd made to order. The customer service is simply amazing, second to none. Two of my favorite staff there Alexia wchich i believe if one of their managers and Alisa one of ter crew leads. Just two very polite and pleasant ladies that make you just want to keep coming back to this restaurant. The ambiance there is also peaceful and nice. A very nice family restaurant where they also got a great kids menu for the little ones . I never had any issue with them regarding food quality, temperature, delivery etc. That changed a few weeks ago when I ordered delivery through their website. I understand the food is being delivered through a third party (doordash) however I never received my order. When I called the restaurant I was told they couldn't do anything about it. Ok fine, I'll take the loss. Today I was extremely disappointed. I ordered food from them again, and the driver was there for almost 30 minutes before he was told they were out of the item I ordered. They canceled my order without notifying me. Luckily the driver notified me or else the restaurant wouldn't have. I had to call. I called the restaurant and they said they were out of the item. I asked why I wasn't notified instead of just having the poor driver wait for nothing. I spoke with someone named Alex I believe and she couldn't give me an answer. She offered me a free item for the inconvenience but I let her know it wasn't about wanting anything free. My card had already been charged the $70+, I just wanted my food. This seemed very shady to me.
