Hadn’t been here in a few months so I was Surprised to find that many staff members remembered me. Emily was incredibly kind and welcoming! She was able to accommodate us by providing us with accessible seating due to my mobility challenges. Our servers (Kat & Adele) were equally as kind and welcoming. We appreciated their wonderful service as it was kind, patient, and friendly! Kat recommended the bread with feta dip and it was delicious. Despite not coming around for a couple of months Rhonda also recognized us and came by to say hello. We love that the team at this location is always very friendly and welcoming. We will continue to travel out of our way to visit this location!

I had a really pleasant experience during my recent visit! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Vianka took great care of us—she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. I also want to give a big thank-you to manager Chey, who checked in on us and made the visit feel even more personal. Overall, a wonderful dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I recently visited this Lazy Dog location and left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. When my group arrived, there were several open tables inside, yet we were seated outside. At first, I didn’t think much of it until I began to notice a clear and consistent pattern. Every time a table opened up in the outdoor area where we were seated, only Asian guests were placed there. Meanwhile, non-Asian guests who arrived around the same time were all seated indoors. Throughout our visit, this pattern continued the same small section outside seemed to be used almost exclusively for Asian guests. This behavior made me feel unwelcome and frankly disgusted that such discriminatory practices could still occur in a restaurant setting. No guest should ever feel segregated based on race or ethnicity. I hope management and corporate leadership take this seriously, investigate what’s happening, and provide immediate training to ensure all guests are treated with fairness and respect.

Honestly when we first sat down, our waitress was nice and made sure we were fine with everything. Then we got a new waiter and we were waiting for too long for everything, including a to go box that we didn’t get because we ended up leaving. Plus the waiters around my booth made us feel uncomfortable by staring at us while we were eating. This was a bad experience. Thank you to the first waitress and the manager who checked on us. Unlike others…

Chill Out and Get Lazy at Lazy Dog I finally had a chance to visit Lazy Dog in Rancho Cucamonga. I travel to the area once or twice every year, and I've had Lazy Dog on my list of places to eat for quite some time. Once I arrived, I saw very quickly, and I let my server know that it was my first time at Lazy Dog !! Much to my surprise, I was informed that anyone who eats at Lazy Dog for the first time receives a free appetizer. The app they gave me was their homemade Potato Chips, smothered in grated and partially melted parmesan cheese. This app was a great match with a local craft beer. Since the chips were quite filling, I did not need to order a main course and tried another app off their menu, the Bacon Candy. Bacon Candy is strips of bacon, coated in brown sugar and chilli flakes and baked to give it its hardness. It was a nice treat and washed down great with a local porter. It was my first visit to Lazy Dog, and I'll be back once again to try something else.
