The Uncle Bucks tasted completely different this time. They changed the fish type and it was stringy… too salty… and had that strong fishy taste nobody wants. Even my daughter hated it. They also removed my favorite pasta meal from the menu, and the blackened shrimp is gone too. Very sad to see all the good items disappearing. It feels like they’re choosing cheaper options instead of sticking with what was popular. The quality just isn’t there anymore… and it shows. I’ll give them about three months to see if they turn things around… but as of now, they’ve lost a loyal customer.
