  The quality of service, food, and ambiance here have come down so much it’s very sad. They serve what I’d call pretty expensive food on melamine plates, presented like IKEA cafeteria food, the broccoli is just steamed with no flavor, the potatoes are dry and nothing special. The salmon wedge was good. Their happy hour menu is gross. I had to turn back the buffalo chicken sliders and the Mahi mahi tacos and shrimp tacos. Not sure how anyone can get these so wrong. The fireplace isn’t turned on anymore and they don’t serve the delicious bread anymore either. So disappointed. Also, we were seated outside close to an employee smoking cigars on the restaurant patio. What the heck is going on???

  We had such an incredible experience at Bass Pro Shops thanks to Hona ! From the moment we were helped, Hona went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine friendliness truly stood out. He took the time to answer all of our questions, made thoughtful recommendations, and never made us feel rushed which is rare these days. What really impressed us was how attentive and personable he was. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers having a great experience, not just making a sale. Because of Hona, our visit was smooth, enjoyable and honestly one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in a long time.

  Had an amazing experience here. My mom and I both have celiac disease and we were worried about cross contamination, but Dary was amazing and she ensured that all of our food was handled extremely carefully. She was super welcoming and took the time to talk us through their process as well. Would 100% come back! (We both got the burger with a gluten free bun (not grilled) and a side salad))

  Walked in and was greeted with a smile. Server (Eve) who was alone did an amazing job tending to customers and their needs. (Darri) who also did an amazing job and seating customers but she also helped out where she could. Great service and food. Will definitely return in future.

  We were greeted right away by our server Vannessa. Shortly after getting our drink order the Manager Josh came by to check on us. He was friendly and it was obvious he cared our experience. Vannessa went out of her way to take care of us even with our extra request with our food. She was extremely attentive and made us feel at home. We even had a brief conversation with Peter the chef who came to check on our satisfaction. It was obvious to me he cares about the quality of food he puts out to the customers!
