  We celebrated our 23rd wedding anniversary here and Owen was our server. He went above and beyond and made our night so special. Everything was delicious and the food and service top notch. The crème brule and homemade truffles completed the night. We love coming here! Can’t wait to come back.

  I recently had a really disappointing experience at Fleming’s in Rancho Cucamonga. We ended up there because our original reservation at a different restaurant fell through. We don’t eat a lot of meat, so we just wanted a simple burger. Surprisingly, the waiter and manager refused to accommodate that, even though we were willing to pay full price or whatever they needed. We ended up ordering something else that we really didn’t enjoy at all, paid over $120 for a meal that just wasn’t good, and left a decent tip just to show it wasn’t about the money. The whole experience made it clear why they weren’t busy on a Friday night. Other places in the area offer way better quality food and customer service. Definitely not recommending this place. We live across the street and we are regular customers. On Saturday, we ended up going to Fogo de Chao. We had a way better experience, and the customer service was stunning. We paid over $$ but at least we got what we wanted not what they wanna serve us. This place used to be busy on the weekend not anymore due to the poor management, a lot of people are switching to go to Fogo De Chao since they recently opened a new location in Rancho Cucamonga.

  One of the most prestigious steakhouses in our area, we were blessed to celebrate an early birthday dinner for our Mother at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse there in Rancho Cucamonga California on Thursday, January 08, 2026. The experience was incredible as we truly enjoyed the ambience, the great tasting food, the curated wine selection to the spectacular customer service from your incredible staff you have! Singh first greeted us at the table and made sure we were well received before introducing us to our server Kailey. They really are a great team working together as they made sure we were well taken care of the entire time. The cherry on top was having an enjoyable conversation with your manager, Danny, and a walk down memory lane talking about the Festival of Lights that takes place there at the Mission Inn in Downtown Riverside. It’s another venue where we have celebrated my Mother’s previous birthday celebrations times before. And to say the least, Fleming‘s sure did set the standard higher last night. He further assisted us with our bottle selection of Merlot. The team worked cohesively with one another, and you can clearly see that. The food portions were just right that your Caesar Salad, Braised Short Rib, the Prime Tomahawk, along with the fully loaded mashed potatoes and the grilled asparagus, which fed our party of three just perfectly. Our Tomahawk was served exquisitely along with the selection of Béarnaise, their signature F17, and Peppercorn Sauces. Each providing a distinctive taste, enhancing the flavor with every bite. However, I will say that I will try the fried brussels sprouts over the grilled asparagus next time. That was the only part of the meal that I personally did not care for as I felt It was more soggy than grilled but the atmosphere of everything taking place overshadowed that. In the end, my Mother was presented a box with chocolate truffles with a candle on top to celebrate her birthday. I knew at that point, my Mother was happy and content, and that’s what made my night. I want to thank Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse for an incredible experience once again and appreciation to our Servers as well. We look forward to coming back on one of your Tomahawk Tuesday Nights.   Last night myself and family went to eat there for dinner service was horrible my wife's food came out after we were all done eating so she just took it home. There's no excuse for that especially since the food is so over priced. I will never go back there I'll stick to mortans or longhorn we eat out a lot and we can do without this restaurant

  ​I have been to Fleming’s before and specifically returned because I was craving their signature Mac & Cheese. Unfortunately, this visit was a major disappointment and likely my last. The Mac & Cheese, which I’ve loved in the past, was unrecognizable. It was soupy, watery, and had absolutely no flavor. It was a complete letdown to look forward to a specific dish only to have it served so poorly executed. At these prices, the kitchen should be consistent, but this was a far cry from the quality I expected. The state of the restrooms was frankly shocking for an upscale establishment. There was toilet paper and tampon wrappers strewn across the floor. It was disgusting and showed a complete lack of attention to detail and basic hygiene by the management.The only bright spot of the evening was our waitress. She was fantastic and provided great service, which makes it even more unfortunate that the rest of the experience was so subpar.I didn't want to cause a scene by calling for a manager at the table, but the combination of flavorless food and a dirty environment means I won't be returning. If you're paying for a premium experience, you shouldn't have to deal with these issues.
