I’ve been ordering from CAVA regularly for our business lunches and have generally had positive experiences, which is why today’s visit was especially frustrating. We placed our usual order, but when we opened the bags and began handing out meals, we realized that every kids meal was missing the pita bread that has always been included. On top of that, multiple coworkers specifically requested sauces on the side, and those instructions were ignored. I called the store to clarify and spoke with a manager, who informed me that CAVA kids meals no longer include pita bread. Not only has the price increased from $7.95 to $8.25, but the portion size has been reduced as well, significantly less food for a higher price. This was particularly disappointing because one coworker was trying CAVA for the first time, and I had confidently recommended it based on past experience, specifically mentioning the pita as part of the meal. That expectation was not met, and it made the situation uncomfortable and embarrassing. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of transparency. There is no clear notice on the website or ordering platform stating that the pita has been removed from the kids meal. If a core component is eliminated, especially while prices are increasing, that should be clearly communicated to customers. To make matters worse, the manager I spoke with, Byron, was dismissive and rushed me off the phone, stating he was busy. That response only added to the frustration. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, not just because of the missing items, but due to the poor communication and lack of customer care. I expect better from a brand I’ve supported consistently.

CAVA was clean and spacious when I arrived around 11:30am. The food was fresh and flavorful, and I appreciated having options that worked well with my eating plan. I ordered a bowl with grilled chicken, vegetables, hummus, and a couple of sauces, and everything tasted great. As it got closer to 12:30, the line got a little longer, but there was still plenty of seating inside and outside. Customer service was okay, though the ordering process could have been explained a bit better. The drink station initially had no ice, but it was eventually refilled. Overall, a good experience and I would return.

We love your food BUT your service is terrible. The few times that we have come recently have been bad. The employees always seem irritated and not happy to be working. I have not only experienced it with my family but have watched customers ahead of us experience it as well. They have not patience with NEW customers that really don't know what to order and how your site works. Today I have just had it and your employee Kylie who helped us was today was so rude and disrespectful. Also there should be a better uniform requirement- she had jeans on that are dragging on the floor and are all ripped and dirty. We were trying to decide what we wanted and she rolled her eyes in front of us. Anyhow I really enjoy your product but your employees will drive your company to the ground if this continues. Very upsetting and our experience here has been bad. I would use In-n-Out as a great example to follow.

For the 2nd or 3rd time now my stomach has become really bloated and upset after eating at this location. This has happened to my husband as well. We haven't had any issues at any other locations, only this one. Something must not be fresh in there.

I just left this CAVA at 10:15 PM on a Sunday night and not only were they well stocked 15 minutes before closing time, but the staff was extremely patient. The cashier was extremely understanding and patient during a stressful moment
