  Would rather drive an extra 20 here than go to the brea location. Sure the line may take longer but at least they treat you with respect and give correct portion sizes.

  1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a really disappointing experience at this CAVA location today. The line was moving very slowly, and when I was finally helped, the employee assisting me (Brianna) was openly saying in front of multiple customers that she didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to work the register. That immediately made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unprofessional. I also noticed that side sauces are now being placed directly inside the bowl. Personally, I find that unsanitary — the containers touch everything and then go straight into your food. It wasn’t worth arguing about, so I let it go, but it definitely didn’t sit right with me. The worst part was when I paid. When she handed me my change, she dropped it carelessly, and it spilled everywhere. I didn’t even get all of my change back because some of it remained scattered and was never properly recovered or returned to me. The entire interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful. What made it even more frustrating was that the General Manager, Byron, was present during this and did nothing to address the behavior. Leadership sets the tone, and in this case, it showed. I’m not someone who normally leaves negative reviews, but this experience was far below what I expect from CAVA. Customer service matters. Professionalism matters. Respect matters. Very disappointed.

  02/27/2026. This location messes up DoorDash orders! Our orders should be taken seriously, we pay more…. please teach your staff to pay attention to details ,add all items we select and pay extra for.

  Our large team arrived at CAVA for lunch unexpectedly. The staff was efficient and kind, working with us to get all of our athletes and coaching staff paid for together as consolidated as possible. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious as well! A happy team with full bellies - Thank you CAVA!

  Jo and Sofia are amazing and extremely hardworking employees. The other four that were working the 2/2/26 night shift practically abandoned them to disappear off somewhere, leaving them with several customers' orders, online orders, kitchen appliances that were beeping, and an empty cash register with other customers who needed to be rung up, which they tried their very best to do all on their own.
