After that, we waited almost an hour to receive our food, only to find that it was wrong. We had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be remade, and when it finally came out, it looked disgusting. We had to send it back and leave because it was ridiculous. The wait time was ridiculous, and the customer service was horrible. The waitress with green hair who brought out the food had a terrible attitude. I would give this restaurant zero stars if possible.

Then once we get seated we wait forever to get greeted and even then they say they will be right with you then leave and clean tables and have conversation with co workers not attending us at all. Once we finally get our order in it takes forever for our food to come out then it comes out cold and dried up. The servers don’t check on you or refill water or anything. By far the worst service. They need to do better.

Had to search for chips with cheese on them and about a teaspoon of sour cream. Ridiculous! The table next to us got thier food 30 minutes before us BUT they didn't get 2 of the 6 items ordered! This is Victoria Gardens! I wondered why it wasn't packed . Now I realize why. BWW do better! We will be finding a different place to watch the World Series! Matt the server was excellent! Too bad he has no kitchen support! And I have to add! The men's room was disgusting and that is an understatement!
