  Marco was an amazing server. I have come to Brios many times before but his service stood out this time. Always had a smile on his face without being overbearing. He suggested a couple appetizers and we chose two. Both were delicious. The food was amazing as well.

  My husband and I came here for dinner on Valentine’s Day. We had a reservation and were pretty excited given we’d been here once before. Yes, we were seated 30 minutes after our reserved time but it’s a holiday and restaurants are busy…no worries. The food here is great! Our server Gio recommended the Decoy Duckhorn red and it went perfectly with my meal! We noticed that the team was quick to clear a table and seat the next group of guests (teamwork!). When the food is as good as it is here, it’s no wonder you’ll wait to be seated during busy nights. Love the Polaroid photos available at no charge during this night and New Year’s Eve! If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. Kudos to the staff that I’m sure had to deal with overstimulated adults that lack patience and vocalized their frustrations (I guess they’ve never worked in the service industry before). I love their shrimp and scallop risotto it’s a must try!

  This is a very nice place, I said on my first visit. The food and atmosphere are good, but it needs more attention with customer service. The waitress didn't offer the bread until we asked.

  Brio where do I start? You guys deserved my respect and if I could give you hugs I will! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for accomodating my last minute request! Christy and the rest of the managers (Daniel and Frankie) and staff! My mom's bday almost got cancelled bec she got sick but Brio willingly accept my request for the food to go (we prepaid so it will be a lost on our end if they dont allowed us)! 100% will come back and this time for dine in!🥰🥰

  We used to love Brio before they closed, but our experience last night (1/31) at the Rancho Cucamonga location was an absolute masterclass in poor customer service. We had 6:00 PM reservations and were seated on the patio. Despite the "perfect" weather, the service was nonexistent. For 30 minutes, we watched a waitress visit the table to our left three times and a waiter visit the table to our right twice. Neither of them so much as made eye contact or acknowledged our existence. At 6:20 PM, I finally flagged down the waiter passing by to ask who was assigned to our table. He identified the waitress (Seraphina) who had already been out three times and said he would get her. I watched him speak to her, yet she never appeared. He then tried to find someone else to help, but by 6:30 PM—30 minutes after sitting down without even a water glass or a greeting we had enough and walked out. It is baffling that a restaurant would reopen only to deliver such a pathetic customer experience. If you value your time and want to feel like a guest rather than an inconvenience, go elsewhere. We won't be back.
