It was only us inside and it took awhile for her to acknowledge us, then we asked for 3 samples for my girls and it seemed like she purposely would hand us over the wrong samples while having an upset face especially when we corrected her on the ones we asked for. I didn't just point to the ice cream, I named them and pointed. Bad customer service.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
