I usually get them at Costco, and they're ALWAYS great, but I was too lazy to make the drive. The Albertson's chicken was absolutely garbage. It's was black, not due to seasoning, but due to being horribly overcooked. The breast was dry like sawdust, and the wings were black and crisp from being overcooked. What a rip-off. $9.00 worth of inedible garbage, which is where this so-called chicken ended up. I called the deli and spoke with a manager who told me I could drive back for a refund, but why? I'd prepared my other lunch items and had sat down to have lunch. I asked her to please address this and STOP taking people's hard-earned money for garbage; she said she would. I spend a lot of money at Albertson's and Von's, and they should do better because they CAN, and it's the right thing to do.
