- BBBenjamin Brittain4 days ago1.01 $14 chicken burrito. 10 percent chicken. Plenty of guac, charged $2.95 for. Burrito came with at least 2 pieces of gristle/cartilage. Maybe more but I was unable to finish. This was my last chipotle meal. There are too many good restaurants around to try the company again.

There was only one high chair available, and it was extremely dirty, which is unacceptable for a family-friendly environment. The customer service was also very poor. The staff did not seem properly trained or attentive to basic cleanliness and service standards. To make matters worse, we found a ladybug in our food. This raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene. I strongly recommend being cautious when dining at this location.

The portions are under par with the bowl soggy from the bean juice, and heavy sour cream. Paying extra for Guac is a waste because the servers don’t give the full scoop. The meat is unsatisfying and overall a disappointment. Paid $30 for 2 bowls and most of it is empty space and unflavored. Especially for the Chicken Al Pastor and Carnitas. Management is lacking as well. Unsanitary tables and neglected bathrooms. Floors are dirty with napkins and foot traffic dirt. Corporate needs to step in and fix this store.

I came in for a pickup order and waited off to the side for about 15 minutes. I completely understand how busy it can get, but I wasn’t acknowledged during that time. Even a quick “we’ll be with you shortly” would have made a big difference. I don’t mind waiting at all, just would’ve appreciated a little acknowledgment so I knew I hadn’t been overlooked.
