  This location strongly lacks in customer service. On multiple occasions I’ve been to this location waiting to be assisted, and staff don’t even acknowledge you. They look at you then walk away some not even doing anything. It’s rude. They clearly need a supervisor or management to keep them working. Today after a few minutes of waiting with not even a simple “hold on someone will be with you” we walked out. I refuse to continue to give money to an establishment that doesn’t even care to try to be decent in customer service. It’s so disappointing because the food is amazing! Hope you guys improve immediately.

  The food is amazing!!!! I’m definitely addicted I just didn’t appreciate one of the ladies had an attitude that was choosing my ingredients. Not very friendly. Not encouraging me to come back. The lady at the register was very friendly. Then was super skimp with my plate. Day of visit: Sunday 11am 4/26

  I enjoy cava. It's a good alternative to fast food and feels healthy and refreshing. Our favorite is having arugula and rice as our base and we really enjoy the variety of veggie toppings at the end. Service is always great. Price wise if you just get chicken the price is very reasonable, any other protein and your bowl can be closer to $20. Be careful for asking for more of anything though. All I hear everytime is "that will be extra". Can I also try that other green you have?, "that will be extra". Oh you have cooked veggies, can I try a little? "That will be extra." 😮‍💨

  It's unfortunate how this place functions. The food isn't bad but the wait time isnt good. I ordered ahead of time, still had to wait, checked my ticket to make sure all items were correct and when I got home, one of the bowls had meat in it. This is frustrating when you are a vegetarian. I had to drive back to receive an attitude from the girl who remade my bowl. No apologies, just watched her toss the items in the bowl. 1. The food ticket was correct 2. No Apology for the inconvenience on their part 3. Bad attitude/customer service The crazy thing is, I had just told my daughter I dislike going to Cava because they take a long time and they are not very nice. They are lucky I am a nice person. The next customer wont be as nice.

  Had a really solid experience at CAVA. This spot is perfect when you want something fresh, filling, and still packed with flavor. The greens and grains bowls are always a win, and I love how customizable everything is so you can really build it exactly how you want. What keeps me coming back is how fresh the ingredients taste every single time, from the crisp veggies to the protein and all the dips. The hummus, crazy feta, and dressings really take the bowl to another level. You can make it healthy, high protein, or just go all in on flavor and it still hits. The vibe is fast, easy, and great for lunch when you want something quick without sacrificing quality. For a fast-casual spot, it feels way better than the usual options. Definitely one of the better Mediterranean bowl spots in the Phoenix area, and an easy recommendation if you want something fresh that actually leaves you satisfied.
