  NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION! Got here at 6:30 and waiter Brian did not even come to check on us and we waited an hour nd a half for our food and we just left tired of waiting and horrible customer service. Very Disappointed

  We waited for 15 minutes in the designated take out area before anyone even came in to talk to us. Food took an hour for a to go order. Poor service, horrible wait time and we were just picking up food. Asked for a Manager & someone with a GM tag on came out to bring a few orders but NEVER actually spoke to us!! Complete lack of service & accountability on Management's part. Won't ever go back!

  Terrible service from the waitress lexi I do not recommend this place in the least the wings are a miniature for the price! The waitress took more than 1 hour to bring the food and in the end it took another hour to charge us, it’s really a disastrous place, don’t come here!

  I normally don’t do reviews but terrible service, there was no one in front for about 20 minutes had to wait also when we got our table the table was extremely dirty. Also, noticed that a lot of the tables with families where not happy and didn’t get attended to for more then 15minutes. The bathrooms were extremely dirty as well our first time here wouldn’t recommend coming here. Terrible service and environment and staff !!!

  I went to this location last Saturday and sat at the bar with my husband. It took 20 minutes for the bartender/waitress to acknowledge us, we asked if they could clean another table for us which she did but after moving, she left and didn’t get our drink order so we waited another 15 minutes before I stopped her and asked if she can get that started for us. When the rest of our party came, my husband tried to flag down the waitress to order their drinks as well and she proceeded to tell him to wait and walked away. After another 25 minutes went by, he walked over to the bar to ask why our drinks were taking so long. She then went on to tell him that she was really busy and that she wasn’t even supposed to work that day, he told her that wasn’t an excuse for bad service and she got very defensive and not once apologized for the 50 minute wait and just started yelling “I’m done with this, I’m done” we ended up leaving and will never back to this location. Based on all the other reviews, it seems to be poorly run and they need to do better. Her name is Bronx and she needs better customer service training.
