- NMNicole MApr 23, 20262.0I just wanted to add a review since I saw a few others had the same issue, I'm not sure if it's a manger or the owner but the fridge policy is weird and unnecessary. I'm assuming the fridge policy is because the display is very nice, and yes it looks pretty but I don't think having unwelcoming and honestly rude interactions with guests is worth the trade. The signs that say don't open the fridge are tiny and I didn't even see them, I was focused on my phone call so it took me a moment to realize she was even yelling at me. Again I don't understand having a nonfunctioning fridge and having the poor employees have to wait for you to look at what you want awkwardly just for you to tell them and they can grab it for you. It's a fridge, why can't I just grab the item. It's inconvenient and awkward and honestly I'd rather just not have to do the whole strange encounter. The women was very kind afterwards but again it was all so unnecessary. Policies exist for a reason and this one doesn't seem to exist. She said, "thank you for your understanding", but i really don't understand. Why make something as simple as grabbing an ice cream cake a whole process. It's weird and off putting. Also make bigger signs, there is no reason multiple people should have had the same experience of being yelled at for trying to use an appliance for its intended purpose.

When I walked in, the staff didn’t acknowledge me at all—no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. There were a few customers already being helped, but no one even said “we’ll be right with you,” which would have made a big difference. As I waited, I went to grab the item I came for, and one of the staff members loudly called out across the room—in front of everyone—telling me not to open the refrigerator next time. It felt very rude and unnecessary, especially given that no one had assisted or guided me. Overall, the customer service was poor and unwelcoming. If I could give zero stars, I would. I won’t be returning to this location.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
