  I came to order breakfast and the Indian lady was being rude to me and arguing with no reason. And she even can’t understand my order. Never come to buy anything here anymore.

  I had a very disappointing experience with your service. The staff were rude and didn’t communicate properly. I ordered twice, and during one visit, a staff member told me I couldn’t pick up two orders at the drive-through and asked me to come back again. This was the first time I’ve ever heard of such a rule, and it was very inconvenient. On another occasion, my app showed that my order was ready, but I had to wait over an hour to actually receive it. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of organization and respect for customers’ time. Overall, the service was extremely poor, and I am very dissatisfied. I will not be ordering from here again.

  I recently I recently came to this Taco Bell on April 1st 2026 at 12:00 midnight my card was skimmed all my money was took the daytime managers didn't do anything to help me they act like I stole money when one of their employees in the Drive-Thru is scheming cards be careful don't let your card out your sight they did nothing help figure out what happened no cameras no name of manager a time of incident I would never go there again be careful they have a scheming machine in the Drive-Thru

  Came at night and decided to not place a mobile order for the first time and decided to order at the speaker at the drive thru. Was asked to order and while placing my order, I got cut off by the first guy that he needed a moment even though being asked what I would like to order. I told him it's alright and he could take his time only for a girl to ask me to order only for me to get cut off a second time with an abrupt and aggressive "hold on" while trying to order. Was finally able to order for the third time with the first guy that was taking my order. The girl that had spoken at the drive thru was rude and did not communicate well with effective customer service. This order was placed on 3/29/2026 at 12:39am.
