  This is the worst Taco Bell in Rancho Cordova. Every time I come here the service is horrible the food is nasty and the drinks are flat. Tonight I was there about an hour ago in the drive thru it seemed to go pretty quick til it was my turn I think overall waiting was like 10 min or so. Gave my drink first then I sat there watching the drive thru employee play around on his phone, 4 other employees looking at a monitor just standing there literally could not believe what I was watching. Does anyone work there? By the time I got my food (small order by the way) the ice in my drink was already gone and the chips they gave me were crumbs. I was just upset at how poor customer service is anymore and how phones are getting in the way of working. They should have to lock their phones in a locker or something and not be out when you are handling food. Just disgusting. Management definitely needs to step up and do something this isn’t the first time I have seen this at this location.

  always mess up my food and freezing. i get sauce they don’t put. why would i eat taco bell with no sauce . leaving out tacos is there # 1 priority

  Went weeks ago, ordered some cheap items and then a grilled cheese burrito. Got all the cheap stuff but not the big one. Had checked the bag and thought i counted everything. Called and let them know, was told they'd be in touch..never reached back out. Disappointing

  Only judging this against other taco bells and fast food in the area, may give you the shits but that what you sign up for. Mostly had breakfast lately no drinks.
