She was an Indian girl with glasses, and despite everything going on, she handled it all with incredible professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude. The bathrooms were closed, no nachos, and there was no fountain water available-only bottled water for purchase, which was inconvenient. Normally I'd give this 3 stars due to the conditions, but her outstanding customer service made it a 5-star experience. She absolutely deserves recognition (and a raise).
