During my most recent visit, I requested extra mayo and mustard and paid an additional $3.00 for double meat. When I arrived home and opened the sandwich, it contained only the standard amount of meat rather than the double portion I was charged for. This has been a recurring problem, and it is disappointing to pay extra for items that are not provided. Due to these ongoing issues, I will be choosing a different location going forward.
