  I ordered three small mango peach blended Red Bulls, but they were very disappointing. They barely had any ice and felt more like juice than a blended drink. Within just a couple of minutes, the drinks were completely melted and not enjoyable at all. I also tried calling the location to let them know about the issue, but no one answered the phone. Poor quality drinks and no customer support made this a frustrating experience. I hope they improve their consistency and responsiveness.

  I am immigrant. I have called America my home for 36 years. I have raised two children here and have "legally" resided in this country longer than I have my own. Over the years, I have experienced bias, but these excruciating moments in my life have been compensated by people's benevolence and compassion. I am a public school teacher, and have taught the English language for 15 years. Although I do have a slight accent, I have never really had issues communicating with other humans - the little ones, the big ones - until yesterday at Dutch Bros! This young man with long hair and fair skin made me repeat my order three times - light ice, medium, countdown mocha. Three times and every time, I was louder, clearer, and enunciated my words. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he was hard of hearing or with the music blasting from inside, he had trouble. Maybe this was his first day serving a woman of color with a slight accent. I'll never truly know, but it left me feeling less. This post may be considered trivial and whiny, but with the current political atmosphere, we need to be careful with our intentions and how we portray ourselves as fellow humans. I will continue to visit this location since I love Dutch Bros but maybe next time, I will have my order written down on a piece of paper - I do write in beautiful cursive, so that may be an issue. We'll see. Let's be nice to each other, folks. Let's make a difference. Namaste!

  I got a Golden Eagle on sticker day in March. Ordering was a little awkward since I didn’t want too much ice, but then realized the cup was only half full. So then they added some ice and had to redo the whip and drizzle. I got half breve, which they called kicker, and half 2%. It’s less heavy, but little less flavor. Employee handing the drinks was nice. The other employees saw me taking photos and happily jumped in the background, lol. The male employees were quite lively characters.
