As you know your hands sometimes do touch the ice cream while you're scooping it. In then they touched the cash register and money from other customers in between and didn't wash their hands. think that's very UNSANITARY.. It made me not want to buy the ice cream. I think they should all have to wear rubber gloves. Also hand pack ice cream shouldn't be more expensive than pre-packed because of the fact that there are lots of air holes in it because they don't pack it down solid, therefore you getting less ice cream. But the flavor I like does not come in pre-packed.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
