    Had a pretty large order for the whole family and didn't realize until I got home that half of it was missing. There's nowhere in the app to contact about issues, and when I tried to call the phone line was disconnected. I don't have time to drive 20 minutes each way to go back and complain in person...

    Check your orders. Have to wait in line for refills. They get pissy when you don't use the ordering kiosk. Tables were dirty.

    My girlfriend and I placed two separate orders for curbside pickup and they gave us two spoons, knowing we would share the small McFlurry. That is, no joke, the best service I have ever experienced at a McDonald's in my entire life. 5 stars. I hope someone gets some recognition for that.

    not the McDonald's you might remember, order is taken at a kiosk. hardly any staff at the counter (if at all)... seems human contact is a thing of the past and is kept to a minimum
