Rude from the very beginning.She was very irritated over my order because I forgot to say what flavor. I ordered 2 things,very simple.No thank you no have a good night, I couldn’t believe how mean she was to a paying customer. She was so bad I threw my order away afraid she tampered with it. I will never be going to location again and I will let family and friends know to stay away.

On multiple occasions they’ve been out of flavors and have let us know prior to checking out. No big deal. Today we ordered our things, special edition for Halloween. The kids were excited for their wizard ice cream. We got to the window, went to pay, and the lady informed us they did not have any of the toppings for the ice cream (sprinkles and a cookie hat). She handed us plain vanilla ice cream and when we asked for some sort of topping she said they were all out. She said maybe she could take some of the donut sprinkles for the ice cream and was very put off by us asking for sprinkles. She proceeded to hand us back the ice cream and shut the window with force. I would have understood if we were told upon ordering that they were out. But to pay and then receive something you did not want is frustrating to say the least.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
