I was the only customer in the store and it took 13 minutes to get out with my sandwich. Even with 3 employees, my sandwich was left half-made, and unattended multiple times to the point I had to ask what was going on. The 3 employees took turns making my sandwich as they each walked off to talk on the phone for brief periods, before returning and still failing to continue my order until I persisted. I really enjoy Subway but I just hope to God that this same crew isn’t working the next time I go in.
