It was a good experience. The staff was very nice and the ordering was easy. We liked the food and the vibe was very pleasant. I will definitely return to try some new items. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a good time. The overall experience was very nice and we enjoyed it.

“Your managers should be trained on how to communicate respectfully with customers. One of the night managers( he is black) was very disrespectful and did not speak professionally. Customer service is important, and I was disappointed with the way I was treated. He is making your customer service low. On the other hand, an employee named Komal was very respectful, polite, and knew how to treat customers properly. I really appreciated her service. Please try to talk ho him or other wise your service will keep on going disgusting.
Ordered for pickup. Burger bun was burnt and had that burnt taste. Very little toppings. (There was no option in the uber app to add extra toppings). Staff seemed friendly.

Paid for food I never received. Treated with disrespect in front of my child.
I placed an Uber Eats pickup order at this Harvey's location during an active "Buy One, Get One Free" promotion clearly displayed in the app. The promotion was applied at checkout, confirmed on my order, and visible on my screen when I arrived. I have the screenshots.
When I came in to collect the order with my child, the staff refused to honor the promotion that was running on Uber Eats and that I had already paid for. I showed them the order directly from the app. They did not look. They did not try to verify. They did not offer to call a manager or contact Uber. Instead, the interaction quickly turned dismissive and disrespectful, while my child stood beside me watching the whole thing.
I left with no food, $22.74 charged to my account, and a child who saw their parent treated this way for asking for what was already paid for.
I want to be measured here, because I understand mistakes happen and systems get confused. This was not that. This was a refusal to take five minutes to verify a customer's order, followed by behavior that no paying customer, especially one standing there with a child, should ever have to absorb.
I have also noticed an ongoing pattern at this location where Uber Eats pickup customers are treated as if they are delivery drivers and asked to produce a delivery bag before food is released. Pickup is a standard Uber Eats option. Customers using it are not drivers and are not required to carry anything. Staff should be trained to recognize the difference.
I have opened a formal dispute with my bank for the amount charged, and I have escalated the matter with Uber Eats support, where I have so far only received scripted replies.
I am sharing this review not out of anger, but because money taken from a customer who walked away with nothing is not a small thing. Someone collected a paycheck today off an order that was never handed over. That is the part that does not sit right, and that is the part that other customers deserve to know about before choosing this location.
To the owner and employee, I will consider I fed homeless people for the $22.74
