  Service is very bad I waited 15-25 minutes the lady was just talking with her coworker while she was making the food the food was cold if I could leave zero stars I would.

  It's my regular spot never have I tried ordering through drive thru at this location. Yesterday July 5 2026 I decided to order a small popcorn chicken around 7:50pm I was told to wait passed the window after paying it was 8:05 and I still hadn't gotten my order. I had to drop my mom to get the order and leave. I came back to pick her up at 8:15 and for the amount of time we waited the popcorn chicken was dry and cold. I understand if it was freshly made and they took that much time but instead the service was not good. They had only 1 car in front of me no car behind and also in store was 2 more customers. Waste of money for dry popcorn chicken.

  Visited this KFC location since the remodel and renovation. Ordered the 10pc barrel with 3 sides, except no coleslaw or macaroni salad available. On ’backorder’ for over 2wks. ‘Try the corn salad’ the associate said. Hmmm? Ok, will try it. It was pretty good! Will order again.

  I order to go and i paid extra for 4 sauce each one 0.99 and when i ask him he said in the bags and when i came home i had nothing in the bag and even the chiken and the fries is cold

  This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I placed my order through the app, then went into the store and saw many people lining up to place their orders. But even after they had all ordered and received their food, I was still waiting. I can wait, but I don’t understand why others were served before me. It feels very unfair. Is it because I used a coupon?
