  Service was excellent but the food was shit (Zinger sandwich + onion rings). A really lousy and overpriced meal ($26). Dry, stale food. Really felt ripped off. Cashier was noticeably friendly and polite.

  Food is HORRENDOUS absolutely horrible. In fact the best thing here is absolutely nothing the IND gravy looks like my dog’s vomit.

  They don't really care. I came for food at 11:30 ish. They made every excuse preventing me to order. First it was you can only order online if you want to use the cupon, then they said by the time I download the app and order it'll be too late because it was closed. Then I manage to order something for my father in law, but then when I went to order something else because I was missing an order for one more person they didnt have any chicken they said. Not one!

  I had a very disappointing experience with this KFC location. I placed an online order for several items, but when it arrived, only one item was included. More than half of my order was missing. When I called the store, the shift manager told me they were out of one of the sauces needed for the rest of the order. While I understand that items can sometimes be out of stock, I was never contacted before the order was sent, and I don't think it's reasonable for the customer to bear the consequences of that. The most frustrating part was the lack of customer service. The manager refused to resend the missing items, explaining that they don't have individual delivery service. The only solution offered was the possibility of a refund within 5–7 days. That left us with only half the meal we had ordered for more than two people. I've ordered from this branch many times before without any issues, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Mistakes happen, but how they're handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this time there was no real effort to resolve the problem or make things right.

  Very disappointing experience at this KFC. I placed an online order at 5:17 PM and arrived at 5:48 PM to pick it up. My order wasn’t ready (not the first time).When I asked why, the cashier didn’t even check when my order had been placed. He simply said they had other orders to prepare. There was no apology for the delay, no explanation, and no effort to prioritize an order that had already been waiting for over 30 minutes.I politely expressed that I was upset and asked to cancel my order. The cashier showed no concern and only told me that my refund would take up to 7 days.What disappoints me most is not the delay itself, but the complete lack of customer service. A company as large as KFC should ensure its employees are properly trained to handle situations like this with professionalism, empathy, and respect. This reflects poor management (branch manager) and a lack of training at the branch level. I used to enjoy eating at this location regularly, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. I hope management takes customer service more seriously because this experience was completely unacceptable.
