  Ordered a bucket of 18 pcs for pick up. Got there earlier than I'm supposed to, still waited longer which I understand. June 24th is a holiday and a busy day. After almost 30 minutes of waiting for my pick-up order, the crew said "they ran out of gravy" and asked me if I want to wait for another 20-30 minutes. I said no problem, 15 minutes after, gravy was ready. Headed home, opened the food, gravy was WATERY, taste like water with salt. Chicken were NOT CRISPY and the skin were coming off and super soggy. It's understandable that it's a busy day (holiday) but it appears there were only 2 crew members in the restaurant and there were a lot of people that came in to pick up their orders. They need to manage this restaurant better. They knew it is a holiday and it could get busy, why didn't they make extra sauces or whatever they need to prepare right away once they started getting the orders? I'm totally not blaming the crew 100% here because it was a rush hour. But like I said they need to manage this location better.

  Always slow today you wait 45 minutes to an hour, under staffed , I’m sure employees are fed up as well and never have I seen workers go that slow. Franchise should do something about it. For myself never coming back again,, it’s pathetic

  Pire restaurant PFK fréquenté à ce jour poils de.. ou de barbe sur le comptoir de commande temps d'attente interminable la personne au comptoir vide les sacs poubelles qui sont videou presque au lieu de servir la clientèle qui est en file pas de sourire service pitoyable.. VILLE SAINT LAURENT NEVER AGAIN

  Horrible experience je ne recommanderais plus jamais de cet endroit. Ils ont pris 1 heure a preparer ma commande. Literallement 58 minutes. Au final, après avoir attendu 1 heure, ma commande était mal faite. Les boissons et les sauces étaient les mauvaises. Je ne recommande ce pfk a personne.

  It's been fourth time that we're having the same problem with the same person please teach your staff how to do the customer service this Auntie of yours make sure to teach her English or French and some basic manners how to talk with the costumers. Every time they take hours and hours to prepare the food and then hand you over with a attitude and then when you ask them to fix a mistake, they never do that so if you want, I can give you some good people who can work. But fix your staff or train your staff.
