  C'est la dernière fois que nous commandons chez St-hubert. Premièrement, nous avions pratiquement pas de frites dans notre boîte. Je dirais une vingtaine de frites par boîte. Deuxièmement, mon pain aux graines de pavot était brûler sur les 2 tranches et ils étaient secs. Troisièmement, les languettes de poulet on du être cuites et recuites car ils étaient dures. Alors non merci plus jamais. Vous venez de perdre 3 clients.

  The service was so slow. It took 2 hours for 2 adultes and 2 children to have dinner.

  La nourriture est correct. Rien de "fancy". C'est relativement bon. Pour le service par contre c'est zéro. Nous étions un groupe de 20 personnes. Une seule serveuse pour la gang. Ça l'a pris plus de 1 heure se faire servir. Le resto est low-staff, pour une journée comme la fete des meres.....tres mauvaise gestion des gérants. Ça ne donne pas le gout d'y retourner.

  La qualité de la bouffe n'est plus comme avant comme les frites molle pratiquement blanche, sauce très liquide et sandwichs moyen au goût. Trop cher pour la qualité du repas.

  Unfortunately there is no option to give 0 stars for the service, which was in a way non-existent. So where do I begin? Well, we frequent as a family St. Hubert restaurants regularly, as it is (usually) a safe bet - but this one was a different Experience. We were a small group with no kids this time around. Although it was a Friday evening, the restaurant was quite empty and we came in around 20:00, so no reason for delays. The waitress didn't come over to the table so we went to the bar to get drink orders. The starters came relatively quickly, although we were one rib short; but that's not a big deal. It was annoying that we didn't get separate plates then, because we wanted to share the starters... but at least we got one napkin, fork and knife person. After 45 minutes waiting we asked if the main course was ordered... and I presume it wasn't because it took another 15 minutes to receive it. Although the restaurant was empty, the waitress was quite busy, to her defense. She was flirting with 3 gentlemen at the bar, drinking shots. So with them in front, it is understood that she didn't pay much attention to the rest of the room. So we took initiative and went to the front to get additional napkins, since we didn't want to clean our fingers on the tablecloth. When eating chicken and ribs we admittedly used fingers for support. It is noteworthy that the waitress was upset when she saw that we either didn't tip at all or gave 5%. But why? We did our best to serve ourselves so she can focus on her flirting skills. I suggest that management checks in once in a while - but at least we figured out why the GOOGLE reviews were as they were.
