L’accueil est souvent désagréable, on a l’impression que le personnel n’est pas content de servir les clients. Au niveau de l’hygiène, c’est préoccupant : les mêmes gants sont utilisés pour toucher le pain, manipuler l’argent et faire d’autres tâches, ce qui n’est pas acceptable. De plus, lors de ma dernière visite, les employées ne portaient pas de protection pour les cheveux, ce qui pose aussi un problème de propreté. Je viens parfois tard le soir par obligation, mais après plusieurs expériences similaires, je pense sérieusement ne plus revenir. Des améliorations sont nécessaires autant pour l’accueil que pour l’hygiène.
