J'ai demandé un quart livre double et en premier, me donne le burger avec la viande coupé a la moitié presque dehors de la boîte...je demande de le changer et voilà le changement..le burger double quart livre avec la pain de McValeur. Trop petit pour le type de burger et sans sauces a l'intérieur. J'ai continué a manger pour eviter des nouvelles chicanes, mais très déçu du service.
I’ve always seen McDonald’s as a place where, even late at night, you can expect quick and reliable service. That’s why this visit was honestly disappointing.
I completely understand that night shifts can be difficult, and I’m not expecting perfection at midnight. But with only around 6–7 customers waiting, it was surprising to see the team struggling to complete a small number of orders. I waited more than 10 minutes for my order, mainly because the cheeseburgers were still not ready.
What made the experience worse was receiving cold coffees after already waiting that long. The condition of the dining area and floor was also extremely disappointing — messy enough that I felt the need to take pictures.
On top of that, several employees seemed more focused on talking to their friends who were standing around the restaurant than on serving customers. The noise level was excessive, with shouting across the restaurant late at night, making it impossible to even sit and eat peacefully before going home to sleep.
What concerned me the most, however, was seeing employees physically interacting with their friends and then returning to the kitchen immediately afterward without changing gloves or properly sanitizing. Whether intentional or not, that gives a very poor impression regarding hygiene and professionalism.
This review is not written out of anger, but out of genuine disappointment. McDonald’s is usually known for consistency, cleanliness, and fast service. I hope this location takes this feedback seriously and improves the organization, professionalism, and hygiene standards during night shifts.

* Aucune serviette de table disponible aux endroits prévus
* Papier manquant dans les bornes → impossible d’imprimer la facture
* Impossible de réimprimer la facture, personnel incapable d’aider
* Commande incomplète (items manquants)
* Produits mal préparés (ingrédients oubliés)
* Service très lent
* Personnel peu engagé, peu sympathique et peu professionnel
Je ne vois pas comment ça aurait pu être pire comme expérience.
I usually don’t write reviews but looking at the experiences of some other customers it borderlines on ridiculous.
I order a double quarter pounder trio 2 months ago in the drive thru. I get home there’s 1 patty. I don’t feel like going through the hassle of driving back so I accept I paid extra.
Go back a month later, order the same thing. I get home and there’s no patties in my double quarter pounder. I LITERALLY order double and get NOTHING but bread.
I’m not a fan of robots replacing people for work but I’m making an acception here.
Roll out the automation McDonald’s.
