J'ai essayé de passer une commande en ligne qui a affiché une erreur. Le montant a tout de même été prélevé dans mon compte. J'ai appelé une première fois et l'agent m'a affirmé que ce n'était qu'une autorisation et que ça reviendrait dans mon compte dans un délai de cinq jours ouvrables. Or, le lendemain, une nouvelle charge est apparue dans mon compte et m'a banque m'a confirmé que c'était une transaction, non une simple autorisation. J'ai appelé la centrale St-Hubert une deuxième fois et l'agent m'a transféré très bêtement sur une boîte vocale appelée expérience client. J'ai donc des charges dans mon compte pour une commande que je n'ai jamais reçue.

Il y avait un insecte dans mon repas, et on m’a proposé de reprendre le plat, ce que j’ai accepté en pensant qu’il serait refait sans frais. Ce n’est qu’après coup que j’ai compris que ce n’était pas clairement indiqué. Je comprends que ce genre de situation peut arriver et que ce n’est pas nécessairement intentionnel. Ayant déjà travaillé en restauration, je sais que des standards sont généralement respectés, c’est pourquoi j’ai été un peu déçue du manque de clarté dans la communication.
