  Trop long 1heure de temps sans fil d'attente pour du poulet et des frites. Comment ils font pour rester ouvert... ça sonne louche.

  Horrible service, staff forgot to prepare one of our order and made us wait 20 minutes. The lady at the counter was very dishonest. We purchased 2 combos. And she said that the fountain drink is not working so you can choose any drink from the fridge. When I checked the bill, I was charged for the combo price plus an extra charge for the drink from the fridge. She refused to give any refund. We asked to put extra sauce in the poutine because it was very dry and she said there would be extra charge. Also they didnt have any macaroni salad or coleslaw. What a bad place, will never go there again.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. The drinks station was not working, but customers were still being charged extra for bottled drinks without being informed beforehand. This should have been clearly communicated before taking orders so customers could make an informed choice. On top of that, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food. Instead of providing updates or apologizing, the staff kept giving excuses for the delay. The lack of communication and customer service made the experience even more frustrating. Good customer service is about being honest, respectful, and keeping customers informed. Unfortunately, this visit fell well below those expectations. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers have a much better experience.

  From what I just saw your kitchen staff needs to be replaced. Out of gravy at 130 on a Tuesday.. waited 20 min for a small order they look so lost lol one employee looked and acted like actually cared, a little guy named Howard I believe, polite, well spoken, and doing his best to satisfy the customers. He is a gem with a bright future.
