  Had a really great experience at this KFC! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted amazing. The chicken was perfectly cooked, the restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The service was quick, and everything was prepared with care. I’ll definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work!

  First of all, there was no greeting when we entered. Then when I went to ask a question, the guy at the cash register was very rude for no reason. I simply asked what comes on the burger, and he didn’t answer my question properly and gave me a weird attitude instead. We then waited about 20 minutes for our order. Overall, the customer service was disappointing and made for a poor experience.

  First of all no greeting while entering. Then i went to ask a question he the guy at the cash was so rude for nothing. I simply ask him what comes in the burger because it was my first time trying a burger here and he didn’t answer and gave me a weird attitude. And then We waited around 30 mints to get our food .

  Expérience complètement inacceptable. J’ai appelé pour poser une simple question et je me suis fait répondre par une gestionnaire extrêmement impolie qui s’est mise à crier au téléphone. Elle semblait agacée qu’un client ose appeler et m’a demandé pourquoi je la contactais sur un ton arrogant et irrespectueux. Je n’ai jamais été traité de cette façon par un service à la clientèle. Si la gestionnaire est incapable de parler aux clients avec un minimum de professionnalisme et de respect, elle ne devrait pas être en contact avec le public. Très mauvaise expérience, je n’y retournerai certainement pas

  Had a great experience at PFK! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just the way it should be. The staff were friendly, polite, and served us quickly. I’ll be coming back again!
