  Today I visited this KFC location, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the customer service experience. I found the communication uncomfortable because the employees were having difficulty communicating clearly in English, and I did not feel that the service was as smooth as it should be. In a restaurant, especially when dealing directly with customers, I believe employees should be able to communicate effectively in either French or English, depending on the customer’s preference. This is not meant as a personal criticism of any employee. I understand that everyone is learning and working hard. However, clear communication is an important part of good customer service. I also believe restaurants should continue giving opportunities to young people in Canada who are looking for their first jobs and helping them gain valuable customer-service experience. This is simply my personal opinion and feedback as a customer, with the hope that the experience can improve in the future.

  Je ne fais vraiment plus confiance à cet établissement. J’ai commandé un trio sandwich Deluxe, et on m’a littéralement donné seulement du pain hamburger avec du poulet. 😡 Pas de fromage, pas de tomate, pas de cornichons, pas de salade… rien de ce qui était censé être dans le sandwich ! Et une poutine sans sauce🤬 Et le comble : j’ai payé 68 $ pour ça et avec d'autres sandwich bien évidemment! C’est complètement inacceptable pour le prix. Je vous laisse constater la situation avec la preuve en photo. 📸 Je déconseille fortement cet endroit. Une telle commande pour 68 $, c’est tout simplement du vol. Très mauvaise expérience et je n’y retournerai certainement pas. 😤🤬

  We waited 25 minutes in the drive tru. At 1st they said just wait it take a minute. Then after 25 minutes waiting in drive tru we have to go inside because nobody answered. When were inside nobody’s eating and it seems only 1 person doing the job. We ordered online already so we just gonna pick it up after 30mins. Still we wAit for almost another 30mins

  I had one of the worst delivery experiences I've ever had with this KFC location. I placed an order at 4:45 PM for a 14-Piece Bucket and 4 Large Sides. The restaurant is only about 7 minutes from my home, yet the first delivery didn't arrive until 6:20 PM. To make matters worse, the delivery was missing the entire 14-Piece Bucket and one Large Side—essentially the main part of my meal. I called the restaurant, and the employee admitted it was their mistake, saying, "Oh sorry, it's our mistake. Yes, it's still here. We'll send it now." After waiting another 45 minutes with no update, I called again. This time I was told, "Your order is still here. We're waiting for the driver." I finally received the missing food at 8:00 PM, more than three hours after placing my order. As if that wasn't enough, the gravy had spilled all over the bucket and packaging, making the meal even more frustrating to deal with. They included an extra order of fries as an apology, but that didn't make up for the extremely long wait, the inconvenience, or the poor handling of the situation. Mistakes happen, but leaving a customer without the main part of their order for hours, then delivering it in a messy condition, is unacceptable. This experience was very disappointing, and I hope the restaurant improves its quality control, packaging, and delivery process.
