Excellent service, very efficient, exactly what I asked for. Unfortunately limited quantity of extra crispy. (7 pm). I actually called in advance and reserved the remaining piece! Otherwise all is good!

Went today for lunch and tried the Bucket of the Day promo. I placed and paid for my order through the app. When I went to the counter and gave my online order number, there was a little confusion at first because the staff member thought I was picking up an Uber order, but I explained that it was my personal online order. The service was a bit slow, but it was understandable since there seemed to be only one person handling almost everything at the front, including walk-in customers and the drive-thru. I also only noticed one other staff member working in the kitchen. They definitely seemed understaffed during the lunch period. On the positive side, the restaurant was clean, and the service itself was okay. Hopefully, having a little more staff during busy hours would help make the service faster and smoother.
