  Went on a Friday night and although the place was crazy busy the kids attending there were great, friendly and fast. The fruity pebbles shake is out of this world. Thanks for hiring Canadian kids, kudos!

  I waited 35 minutes in the drive-thru for two Blizzards this evening. The two employees working were clearly doing their absolute best under very difficult circumstances — they were polite, apologetic, and moving as fast as they could. That said, it’s disappointing to see just two people left to handle what appeared to be a very busy shift. The extreme wait time was clearly due to poor scheduling and understaffing. Shame on the owners/management for putting that level of pressure and stress on just two employees. They deserve better support than that. Will think twice before coming back during busy hours unless things improve.

  Dairy Queen St Charles has made about 4/5 cakes for my kids over the past 3 years. Never once have we been disappointed. The taste is great , kids love it and you can see that they really put effort in , when it comes to the theme requested. We recently had a galaxy themed birthday , we made requests and they blew it out the park. Thank you everyone

  Door locked during opening hours. Many people turned away. Want people to go to drive through even though the door says store should still be open. Service horrible. Would not recommend.

  Good service, the mint oreo icecream wasn't great. They sprayed green liquid mint flavor which wasn't my favorite. After a few bites it didn't taste like mint just sweet. Better to get the classic oreo blizzard in my opinion. The classic soft served was delicious as always. The strawberry angle cake flavor was alright too. Nothing too special.
