  Was there on June 24th and placed an online order at 1:25pm through their app. Although there were 3 staff members (at least that I could see), it took 32 minutes to get our order which was only poutine, wings and fried chicken burger. Luckily for me, I placed an order through their neighbor Harvey's at 1:28 and got my order at 1:35, kudos to Harvey's staff members The poutine was unfortunately not edible, way TOO salty to the point that my girlfriend went to see the person at the counter and he just shrugged and served the next client. The store is really not organized because the next client came back coz he had a take order and came back to say that the whole order was wrong! lol Only go there it you are not in a rush and dont mind the saltiness

  Went for the drive-throu and first it did not respond had to go to knock at the window to get service. And second and most important, I went for chicken, obviously, and they did not have any even thought there were not close to the end of the closing time.

  Chez KFC, l’attente est systématiquement interminable. Le service est totalement inacceptable et le personnel manque clairement de formation et de professionnalisme. C’est inadmissible pour une chaîne comme celle-ci. Une amélioration immédiate est indispensable.
