  Wanted something quick to eat and even though other thai express locations have disappointed me in the past with rubbery overcooked chicken and stinginess with veggies... this place served me a pad thai up to perfection. Delicious tender and perfectly coated chicken, soft fresh rice and generous sauce and veggies amount. Quick too. Aaaand they accidentally gave me an extra pad thai bowl and didnt take money when I mentionned it. Good service, good food! Definitely coming back when around!

  Chicken fried rice. Hot and fresh. They speak English very well. My go to place when I want Chicken fried rice!!

  Apparently Thai Express is so poor to not able to hire a cashier that can understand English. We ordered for takeout, one dish spicy and the other mild, both trio options. How hard can it be to understand? Apparently so hard that they spiced the wrong dish and we didn't receive neither a drink nor the imperial roll. Just wait for having the wrong customer with the wrong allergy and you will get sued. Skip. There is a reason why their review score is so low in here.

  Je n’ai pas compris comment mon sauté au poulet et crevettes pouvait être aussi raté. J'adore la chaîne Thai Express et j’y vais régulièrement mais cette fois-ci est le pire plat que j’ai mangé. Le poulet était dur comme de la semelle de botte, les crevettes goûtaient fort. Le plat était fade en général. Je suis habituée à autre chose de la part de cette chaîne. Le restaurant était vide, peut-être à cause du 2.8 étoiles sur 5. J'aurais peut-être dû vérifier moi-même mais avec Thai Express je n'ai pas eu le réflexe de le faire. La prochaine fois que je vais essayer une nouvelle succursale je vais vérifier. Et la cerise sur le sundae: l'employé ne parlait pas un mot de francais, je trouve que sur le Plateau Mont-Royal c’est inacceptable. Vivement des mesures correctives pour ce restaurant !
