  Ordered through the app for pickup 11:45am pre lunch rush. Placed order 30+ mins before, and manually selected that time to give employee time to make it. I have a limited lunch time. When I arrived, there was 1 customer in the store, and one rude employee. Employee and customer speaking a different language outside of French and English. When I said “order for pickup through app for Jacob” showing my phone, she looked at me like I am disturbing her. She proceeded to ignore me for nearly 10 minutes, when she was not even making a sandwich for that other customer who was most likely her friend. Then at 11:55am finally asked me what order I showed her the phone and said my name. It has not been made yet. By now another customer walked in. She asks “do you have ID”… for a sandwich. Which I reply, “uh o have my app, that has the order indicating to show you for pickup”. She rudely snarked and said “no ID no order”. At this point I’m furious cause she hasn’t even made the order. Fine. I showed her my id which is.. odd. Finally starts making the order. REASON she didn’t make it was they were out of a bread I selected cause she forgot to cook them. Okay? They could’ve put out of stock on that bread OR contacted on app OR even mentioned to me for at this point 15 minutes in the store. 20mins of my allocated lunch wasted on an app that is supposed to help you preorder and save time. I 100000% would’ve been quicker if I didn’t use the dumb app and she wouldn’t have ignored the order from the printer. Honestly 0 on all parts. I don’t like reviewing things low but this was honestly such a bad taste in my mouth from A-Z. Bad time management from this employee. I understand if I ordered on the app at 11:42 and showed up exactly 3mins after. But come on. It’s a subway sandwhich PRE lunch rush.

  Inacceptable, nous sommes arrêtés à 19hc’est écrit sur Google que vous fermez à minuit. L’employé nous a dit qu’on pouvait pas prendre la salle pour manger.

  Je suis un client régulier de ce Subway et je viens justement pour encourager le commerce, surtout qu’il n’y a pas beaucoup d’achalandage. Je n’ai jamais fait de problème et j’ai toujours été respectueux. Lors de ma dernière visite, la commande a été préparée devant moi pendant que le préposé était au téléphone. J’ai simplement demandé, très poliment, un peu plus de condiments. On m’a répondu que c’était un extra et que si je n’étais pas content, je devais annuler et recommander. Je n’ai rien dit sur le moment, par respect, mais je suis reparti déçu. C’est dommage de devoir manger un sandwich qui ne correspond pas à ce que je paie, surtout quand la demande était simple. Quand un client fidèle préfère se taire plutôt que de parler, ce n’est jamais bon signe. Ce n’est pas la quantité qui m’a dérangé, mais la façon et le manque de considération. Ce sont pourtant les petits gestes et le respect qui donnent envie de revenir… ou pas.
