  I am very disappointed with this restaurant. Whenever I go to place an order, they always say “the order is not showing in our system.” The staff is extremely unprofessional — very lazy and very rude. Their service is getting worse day by day. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

  Quand j'y suis allée, c'était une période très très occupée. Mais j'ai dû attendre 10 à 15 minutes avant d'avoir ma facture après l'avoir demandée 3 fois. Et pas moyen d'avoir un café latté ou un Cappuccino parce que la machine était brisée. Les seuls cafés disponibles étaient un café régulier qui n'est pas buvable et un espresso. Très décevant surtout aux prix qu'on paient.

  I gave the food a 3 because the food was good, but not great. Gravy was watery Having said that... the service was horrible. We had just arrived from out of town and we were looking for a great place for supper. Walked by your restaurant and it looked great. menu looked awesome. Normally when a patio is open people go onto the patio and seat themselves. When we tried to do this we were told quite rudely to go inside and up the stairs. For a second I didn't even understand what she meant No smile no explanation. She simply barked out an order So we went upstairs and we waited about 5 minutes and we're taken to a table on the patio. Our order was taken and the food was brought to our table. That was it No check in to see how we were doing. No asking if the meal was OK or asking if there was anything we needed. We had to flag someone down for salt and pepper. We had to find dessert menus on our own. Now you may think we are customers that are just having a bad day, however there were two young ladies kiddie corner to us who got their food as we got there. Once their food was delivered no one helped them either. They were so frustrated. I finally got up and asked someone to pay attention to them. As we were sitting right at the entrance to the patio the same waitress barked at a lot of people about going up the stairs to get a table. No smile just a bark. A lot of potential customers didn't bother to go in at all. You have a serious customer service issue in this restaurant. Here are some suggestions... 1)Close off the patio so customers have to go inside to ask for a table. 2)Don't have the hostess check in stand at the top of the stairs. If I am a customer with a disability how is this accessible for me? Even if I don't have a disability, having a whole bunch of people crammed together on the stairs to ask for a table is ridiculous. 3). You have a male waiter/ busboy who does not know how to tuck in his shirt and he looks very unprofessional. 4)Invest in customer service training for that waitress ( sorry didn't see a name) or fire her. You lost a lot of customers tonight because of how rude she was. This was the first time in my life I have never left a tip. My apologies to the kitchen but she didn't deserve it.

  Je vais souvent ici parce que l’ambiance est plus plaisante que les autres succursales. C’est le fun d’avoir l’expérience restaurant de banlieue en ville. Par contre, le service ressemble beaucoup plus à un service de comptoir. Je n’ai reçu aucun refill d’eau, on ne m’a pratiquement pas regardé entre la commande et la facture.

  Le service est absolument pitoyable à ce St-Hubert. Les serveurs sont gentils, mais ils ne fournissent tout simplement pas. L'attente est interminable et les plats arrivent froids. Ça fait quelques fois que ça nous arrive. Je n'y retournerai pas, mais je ne suis pas inquiète pour le proprio de cette succursale, car elle est toujours pleine.
