  I was in a real hurry, but the service was absolutely phenomenal! The Spicy Wings were freshly prepared and delicious, so good that they genuinely made me want to come back again. The two ladies serving me were absolutely fantastic: friendly, efficient and incredibly welcoming. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. A wonderful experience all round. Thank you both for the brilliant service! 🍗👏

  After a bad day a visit to KFC (PFK) was needed and even though the screens for ordering wasn’t working I still had a good experience. Maram could both speak English and French and helped me to find the perfect meal for me. She was very nice and offered a great service. Thank you for a great visit :)

  Moi et mon ami avons voulu aller manger un bon chicken burger.Ne arrivant toute étais désordonné il y avais des meuble cassé dont les télé pour commander(3) aucune ne marchais.Ensuite nous sommes aller commander.Mon ami attendais un virement pour payer,après 15 secondes la caissières a commencer à lui crier déçu pour se dépêcher.Moi et mon ami ont étais très choqué.Ensuite un autre employé arrive et il commence à parler en une autre langue devant nous se qui est illégal quand tu travaille en tant que service à la clientèle.Ont ne comptent plus jamais y rentrer les pieds.Exactement désagréable.

  Una experiencia realmente decepcionante. La comida estaba muy seca y, sinceramente, la calidad dejó muchísimo que desear. El servicio fue muy malo y el trato que recibimos por parte de una de las señoras fue especialmente desagradable; nos trató de una manera muy poco amable y nada profesional. Además, todo se veía bastante desordenado y la atención en general fue muy deficiente. Salimos del restaurante muy decepcionados porque esperábamos una experiencia completamente diferente. Definitivamente hay muchas cosas que deberían mejorar, tanto en la comida como en el servicio y, sobre todo, en la manera de tratar a los clientes

  This is 4 th time in the row that this specific location has disappointed me i live nearby and i love fried chicken thats why I ordered here a family meal but they gave me opposite of what i order plus there was not even one dip in the bag they are super careless about there job no doubt they have fake reviews which make their rating 4.5 but they literally SUCKS no operating times nobody know when they open or close i went back but it was closed but on maps it shows different time of business worse money ever spent
