  Gutleen is really kind and professional! There was lack of some ingredient so that we couldn’t get the order we’ve had made. She just provided other alternative options right away! Anyway she looks tired but still gave us warm greetings.

  KFC Customer Service Review — Alternative Version I visited KFC with a group of eight friends, and although the food was really good, our overall experience was disappointing because of the customer service. Gurleen Kaur’s attitude and way of dealing with customers were not what I expected from someone working in a customer-service environment. The service felt unfriendly and unprofessional, which took away from what could have been a great experience. I also work in a customer-service restaurant, so I understand the importance of treating customers with patience, respect, and professionalism. When I am a customer, I expect to receive the same level of courtesy that I am expected to provide at my own workplace. The food deserves positive feedback, but unfortunately, the service we received needs significant improvement. I hope management looks into this experience and provides the necessary guidance to improve the customer service for future guests.

  KFC Customer Service Review I visited KFC with eight of my friends, and while we were very happy with the food, unfortunately, the service we received from Gurleen Kaur was extremely disappointing. The food itself was amazing, but the customer service was very poor and did not meet the standards I would expect from a restaurant. The interaction felt unwelcoming and frustrating, and the overall experience was negatively affected by the way we were treated. I also work in a customer-service restaurant, so I understand that working with customers can sometimes be challenging. However, I know how important it is to remain respectful, professional, patient, and welcoming. Those are the same qualities I expect when I am a customer somewhere else. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides appropriate coaching and support to ensure that customers receive the level of service they deserve. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not be comfortable recommending the service we received from Gurleen Kaur.

  I had a very disappointing experience. The staff works there was very rude name Gurleen and not professional at all. My order took too long, when I asked about it, she ignored us and the place was not clean at all. Had to wait 45+ minutes because of her mismanagement and ruined our meal
