  Visited the Wilderton mall branch last Sept 17, around 6:30pm. The cashier seems unhappy to serve people and to answer questions. Not a very welcoming experience. This is not the first time. Last time I visited, she got my order wrong. She does not verify the order. But I let it go that time as I was too hungry to complain. Then she handed me the cup with the lid inside and the cup is distorted. For food safety, do not put anything inside the cup that you already held with your bare hands. Then the store is dirty. Table with litter and the trash bin overflows. One employee took a short break and ate near the dirty table. Did not even notice the litter and clean up after. This team is not service-oriented at all. I hope the owner and management will improve this aspect. Food is good but service is poor.

  They are displaying two different pricing options, but charging the higher one. Tonight I ordered a Zinger combo, shown as $13.19 on the printed menu that is stuck to the counter, but $14.29 on the digital display on the wall. I pointed it out to the cashier (not her fault) who explained she had to charge the price shown on the digital display - the higher price. Not a huge difference but not the point. It’s dishonest and gives a bad impression.

  I had to wait a little more than expected to get my food after the order was placed. But overall I had a good experience. The food was at perfect temperature and delicious.

  Je suis passée a 22hr25 pour récupérer une commande. 10 min passe, aucune nouvelle de ma commande tandis que femme indienne parlait au téléphone tout le long au lieu de m apeller une fois la commande prête. Drôle de système: dans les autres KFC a montreal ils s'interessent plus a leurs clients.
