  Ils n’acceptent pas le coupon sur téléphone il faut que ça soit imprimer alors que les autres PFK dans toutes la ville de Montréal l’acceptent sur téléphone

  It cost me 46$ for 4 chicken stripe with fries and a drink, 3 piece of chicken original recipe, and a tiny bag of popcorn chicken that had 8 pieces. The chicken strips were soggy and they gave me 3 when I paid for 4. I had to open the box & show them. Then they gave me one more. The chicken pieces were dry & tasted like they were reheated 2 or 3 times. This location needs to work on quality. I had ti pay for gravy. That should at least come with it for free in my opinion. I will give it one more try to see if they justvhad a bad day, but I doubt it. The quality seems to be lacking.

  Ordered bucket of dark meat and white meat, missing the original taste. Order took more than 45mins for online order, had to wait there. Also they end up messing up the order saying they dont have required QTY in order.

  Yesterday around 10h50 pm, I have purchased at the store a Combo Original Chicken (4 pieces) at $18.52. 5 minutes later at home, after opening the box there were 3 small pieces of original KFC chicken and 1 small piece of tender. I was very surprised and shocked because it was not my order of 100%. The Haitian cashier was nice but the young girl (Indian, or Pakistani, or Bangladesh) who prepared my order seemed to be a dishonest person. You think I m stupid or what. Or you blind ? I did not bother to return to the store to complain or exchange. For sure at the store, the Store Manager will teach you a lesson and keep in mind that dishonest individual like her tends to steal also. Mr. Lee

  What a shame for a service like that I Ordered food they left it outside on the floor with an open bag Food inside the bag r squeezed in an ugly way Too bad we are losing professionalism They don’t even deserve 1 star
