  They give me cold food it been for while and I told them to make fresh they refused they said it took 50 min but it’s only take 15 to 20 min to make it fresh

  I recently tried the brand-new KFC location in Jean-Talon, and I had an amazing experience! The restaurant was extremely clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Parveen took my order, Jamison prepared the food, and Gagan served us. Everything was freshly made, especially the fried chicken and crispy burgers. I’m honestly not exaggerating when I say this was the best KFC experience I’ve had in Montreal since I’ve been here. The food was fresh, hot, crispy, and delicious, and the service was excellent. Congratulations to the whole team on the new location! I’ll definitely be coming back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. Customer service was horrible. They don’t care about customer. Behaviour was awful.

  Very bad customer. I showed him the coupon that shows on the pfk website but he didn’t want to accept the coupon , I buy a lot from different places I had no problem, this location on Jean talon street at metro parc don’t want to accept my coupon
