I ordered Uber and once again imperial rolls were missing. I always let it go but this time I didnt. When I called resto the person didnt understand and insisted that she put them in. Basically saying I was lying, when they know by how many they have left. The driver left order with bags stapled so he definitely did not take it. I think its best to pick up and check my own order from now on. Its already expensive to Uber and then its not right

J'y ai manger un Pad see ew au poulet, premièrement c'était vraiment pas très bon, passable tout au plus. deuxièmement il a failli ressortir du mauvais bord quelques heures plus tard, j'ai du prendre des anti-vomissements. Fini pour moi Thai Express...

J'ai prit un général thai à la mangue et boeuf.
J'ai eu une intoxication alimentaire. Je sais que ces le thai express, ses la seul chose que j'ai mangé de la journée.

I took a Thai general with mango and beef.
I had food poisoning. I know that this is the Thai Express, its only thing I ate during the day.
Although I had an issue (as per my review below) and after having reported it, Thai Express Management reached out to me immediately. I am satisfied by their initiative to resolve the issue and they even provided a credit to compensate. Outstanding customer satisfaction efforts!
I've been here a few times the past month and never had an issue. Last night at 9:45pm, I ordered at the store and was the only one there waiting for food. After 2-3 mins, more people started coming in. 3 people who came after me got their food and left. A few Ubereats drivers came and got the meals as well. I asked the cashier what happened since I was first and did not get my food after waiting 20 minutes. She was super rude, did not take any accountability or apologize. She was saying she's responsible for soup orders and all the meals served to the people after me were soup (which was a lie since I saw the meals being prepared). I told her if my food wasn't ready then to give me my refund and I'll leave, and she told me it's being ready so to wait. I saw the cook only start to make it after I confronted them. To me, it seemed like my food was prepared first and misplaced with one of the online orders. I understand it was very busy with online orders, but common rule of thumb as a cashier serving people, when you see someone waiting for a long time and you see everyone else getting their food who came in later, then that should be alarming, and cashier is responsible to check with the cooks (btw I only ordered 1 meal so no reason to wait more than 5 mins - 10 mins max). This experience really makes me not want to go back to this place again. Also, the meal they prepared was rushed, noodles slightly undercooked and was missing some ingredients. Truly disappointed and I did not even receive a refund or credit for the inconvenience.

Pris le général tao les brocolis pas assez cuit on offre épicé mais pas vraiment cela a pris plus d'une heure pour livraison et payer plus de $35 très chère je ne recommande pas a cette endroit
